Provo MTC Week 1

Hey everyone this is my first week in the MTC and it's been good so far! I love my district and my companions so it has been super good to see these guys in person. Monday and Tuesday: These days were pretty fun because they were my last 2 days in the home MTC, and they were P-day and a travel day so I got to do a ton of fun stuff with my family before I left. I went golfing with my dad and Calder and we all played pretty bad but it was still super fun. We also went to Maize tacos with some uncles and cousin-uncles for the last time to say goodbye, and that was sad, but it was great to be with everyone who came. Wednesday: Showed up to the MTC and got dropped off which was pretty brutal. It was super sad to say goodbye to everyone. I got to meet my district and branch though and they are all super fun. There is a samoan dude from Australia named Elder Hunt in my branch who is hilarious and makes all of us laugh all the time. Thursday and Friday: Pretty much just went to class, worked out, studied, and went to class again both of these days. Also I went to the temple on Friday with my district. I got to see Kynlli Harryman and Carston Calder though and it was super fun to see those guys. Nice to see people you know. Also I can’t remember which day it was but I was part of blessing on one of these days and that was super cool because it was the first blessing I was a part of. Saturday: Pretty similar to the other days but I was shlumped this day. I fell asleep on the bench at the gym. While doing personal study. While doing comp study. And in class. Still gotta get used to this sleep schedule. I also got a package from my mom and grandma so that was really nice to see. Anyways this week has been pretty good. There is an elder in my district named Elder Klevin who whistles all the time and it low key drives me nutz. It’s gotta be karma though because I used to do the same thing to my mom, but I swear this is on a new level. No joke whistling whenever there is any silence. Super nice guy though. Anyways love and miss all of you! Pictures: 1. We went and did Baptisms as a district on Friday. 2. Me, Elder Harding, Elder Palmer, and Elder Chang playing cards. Elder Chang also forgor forks so he folded a hanger and used that as chopsticks. 3. I also got to see Kynnli Harryman from high school here so it was super good to see her. 4. Shlumped
