Elder McKay Horsley

Hey everyone, so just a quick little update on my end. I just got transferred back from Medicine Hat, and now I am back in Calgary. This time I am not in the Mandarin branch though, instead I am with Elder's Niutupuivaha and Cherry in South Calgary. It has been awesome with these guys, and I'm really stoked to be able to serve here. This past week we went on exchanges with Elders Smith and Fuller over in Okotoks. I'm fully aware that absolutely no one here knows where that is, except for Jarvis. So if in the off chance he actually reads these, I'm still including it. On exchanges we went to shovel this old German Ladys walk which was entirely gravel. So that took awhile, but we were happy to do it. We had heard that in the past she did not let missionaries go without taking money, which I was not going to do. Hello everyone and Happy New Years! I have caught hold of some of the rumors about me not writing emails and how I’m going to regret it, but in the words of a wise man “I live in the moment, not in the email” (it was me, I was that very man). Speaking of wise men, Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to everyone! I am very sorry if I have been the worst at answering back on emails and saying thank you for all you have done for me, but I really am thankful for each and every one of you. The Christmas and New Year’s wishes and gifts for Christmas mean so much to me! I will let you know they have been going to good use. I am now a Candy Crazed addict so thank you for feeding my new found addiction. This New Years and Christmas was great being here in The Hat.
